Day 56 - Timber!!!

We have a lot of clearing out to do. Mat was supposed to play golf yesterday, but it was cancelled due to the terrible weather conditions. You may not be able to play golf in weather like this, but you can chop things down.  We got rid of quite a few of the trees bushes and it has made a huge difference.

Getting rid of a cherry tree and a couple of fur trees has made a huge difference.

It lightens up the area quite a lot.  There is still a lot that needs to be removed, but we will wait until the excavators move in to clear the block and we will get them to clear this out further.

I wanted the other tree to go as well, but Mat is hoping that in Spring it will grow leaves and will look a lot nicer and give a bit of privacy from the house next door.
